• Mission Statement

We are committed to assisting underprivileged youth and students of color. Our supplemental learning curriculum is focused on financial well being and personal development. We are opening community resources for students that either didn’t believe they deserved it or weren’t aware of the opportunities all together. The environment we are creating allows for students to articulate their dreams into goals and commit to a game plan that will change the trajectory of their life for the better.

  • Curriculum Overview

Our curriculum has been developed between world class educators and NFL athletes. We have 10 modules that are designed to connect the self-discipline of financial responsibility and the willpower to take ownership of personal development. Self-discipline and willpower are well studied traits that correlate high school students to future successful executives. We are beginning the important habit-building process for these students to develop key traits that will serve them in whatever future endeavors they pursue.

  • Success Metric Explanation

There are four metrics that are both related to the traits we are trying to develop as well as our students' everyday routines. Grades, behavior, attendance, and financial well-being are measurables that we use to determine if our students are continuously developing positive habits or not. At the end of every month, we will measure these metrics and have the student provide a 5-minute professional presentation of how their goals are progressing, and the adversity they are overcoming.

  • Community Connection

Our community partners are interested in developing these students as well. There are a number of ways to show support, but the most meaningful is offering tours, job shadow opportunities, and scholarship resources. These options have proven a diverse yet extensive network of young, diverse, and motivated young adults with local businesses that are working to improve the community where they live.

  • Rewards Program

Successful Metric Months from our students will deem a reward for the hard work and dedication they show to develop positive traits and habits. We want to reward our cohort in a unique way to reflect the exceptional effort they’re putting forth. Every month we will reward our cohort with job shadow opportunities, author meetings, online banking rewards, facility tours, VIP event access, etc. These events will provide a consistent and meaningful environment to further connect our community with one another.
